- Question:I am 18 years old, can I rent a car?Answer:Unfortunately, no. We only rent cars to drivers who are at least 21 years of age. This requirement is due to insurance conditions and our concern for customer safety on the road.
- Question:Do you lend cars to cabs?Answer:No, the use of our vehicles for cab work is strictly prohibited. Our services are aimed at private individuals who need a reliable vehicle for personal trips or business meetings.
- Question:I have 1 year of driving experience, is it possible to rent a car?Answer:Yes, in some cases it is possible. However, the rental conditions will be different: a higher deposit will be required and the choice of cars will be limited to economy class.
- Question:I have a provisional driver's license, can I rent a car from you?Answer:Unfortunately, no.
- Question:Is it possible to drive your cars outside the city of Almaty?Answer:Yes, you can, but only on certain car models. Be sure to coordinate your route with our manager in advance to avoid misunderstandings and obtain the necessary permits.
- Question:Can I borrow a car without collateral (deposit)?Answer:No, a deposit is required for all customers. It serves as a guarantee of the safety of the car and your responsibility for it during the rental period. The amount of the deposit depends on the chosen car model.
- Question:Can I keep a smartphone, camera, laptop, etc. in lieu of a deposit?Answer:No, we only accept cash as a deposit. This allows us to ensure transparent and reliable rental conditions.
- Question:Is it possible to drive your cars to other cities of Kazakhstan?Answer:Unfortunately, our cars are intended only for use within Almaty and its vicinity. We do not provide services for intercity travel or traveling outside the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Question:Do you cooperate by barter?Answer:No, we work only on a commercial basis. Our company values transparent terms of cooperation and is focused on a professional approach to providing car rental services.
- Question:Is it possible to rent a car from you for an additional fee with no restrictions? (for speed, mileage and departure)Answer:No, such conditions are unacceptable.
